Annual Dinner 2019
As president of the Insurance Institute of Mid Kent, it is my pleasure to formally invite you to our annual Dinner Dance on Friday 26th April 2019, which will once again be held at the popular and prestigious location of Leeds Castle.
The focus of the evening is to give everyone a chance to network with colleagues and friends from across our local insurance community and most importantly have some fun! So please join us from 7.00pm for pre-drinks. A 3 course dinner will then be served from 7.30pm and will be followed by the evening’s entertainment, with carriages at 1.00am.
As is tradition, dress code for the evening will be black tie and evening dress.
This year will also see the return of the prestigious “silent auction”, along with our raffle, all for the benefit of the insurance charities.
Bookings can now be made individually or for tables of 8, with a ticket price of £75 per person or £600 for a full table. Based on demand, we expect this to be a sell out event, so early booking is advisable.
If you require accommodation, there are a very limited number of rooms available at Leeds Castle on a first come first served basis. We have also negotiated discounted room rates at the Hilton Maidstone, which is approximately a 10 minute drive from the venue.
If booking accommodation at the Hilton, please quote 'GIIEA' to secure the special rates. There will be a courtesy shuttle service running at the end of the evening to take guests back to the Hilton where required.
