Mental health is a hot topic, especially after so many weeks of isolation and lockdown. We strongly believe the movement towards recognising and supporting mental wellbeing needs to practical, personal, and accessible. Social connection is key our happiness!

Learning Objectives

‘The Mental Health Reboot’ is your opportunity to:

  1. Develop positive psychology techniques to help with anxiety, stress and low mood.
  2. Meet and build relationships with new people.
  3. Benefit from incredibly powerful guided meditations with a trained expert.

The format of the session will

  1. Two randomly assigned small group socials with concept for discussion so you can get to know each other.
  2. Two short powerful guided meditations,
  3. Print at home toolkits to help you develop lifelong positive habits.

‘The Mental Health Reboot’’ is an open invitation offering support, practical techniques, and social inclusion to everyone. Not only will you learn cutting edge practices to develop positive mindset but you have the opportunity to meet new people and build new relationships.

Speaker biography

Biography

Zoe Flint is the Director of Work.Live.Thrive Wellbeing Consultancy who deliver cutting edge, evidence based and fun wellbeing solutions, enabling everyone to thrive; at work and in life. Founded in 2017, Work.Live.Thrive was established to share the knowledge, tools and techniques Zoe used to recover from a 20 year battle with anxiety and depression. Now a trained Coach, Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Trainer, Zoe also works one to one with clients and specialises in trauma and anxiety.

Sarah Myerscough is the Director of Boston Tullis, who offer Management, Training & Marketing Consultancy to Insurance Brokers. Sarah has an entrepreneurial heart and has run SME’s across a range of industries. Business development and understanding people is her talent. Sarah is also a former pupil of Zoe’s and regular mindfulness practitioner. Providing opportunities for training and support to others is key to Sarah’s role within Boston Tullis and core to her self-belief.
