Your Speaker -

Jeremy Trott, Head of Operations - Claims, Allianz Insurance PLC

Jeremy has worked in insurance since joining Commercial Union over 20 years ago. He has a varied CV with roles in underwriting, sales, innovation, strategy and claims over this time and is currently head of claims operations at Allianz, leading the key performance metrics of a team of over 700 people across 3 different sites.

He has a strong association with the local institute having joined mid Kent in 2003 and having a number of roles including President (twice) and dinner secretary for a number of years. He also has sat on the main CII Claims Faculty and then Society boards, most recently taking the Non-Executive Directors position from January 2019.

He still lives locally with his family, is a governor of Roseacre Primary school and enjoys all sports, especially golf and football.
