The Chartered Insurance Institute’s virtual AGM
Have your say - Proxy voting open until 15:00 on Monday 28 June.
The Chartered Insurance Institute’s virtual AGM will take place on Wednesday 30 June 2021 at 15:00 (BST) and you are now able to vote and submit questions ahead of the meeting.
If you have any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The AGM panel will include the CII’s Independent Chair, Dr Helen Phillips, who will be joined by our CEO, Sian Fisher, and CII President to December 2021, Julie Page.
The meeting will include an update on the CII’s delivery of relevant learning, engaged membership and insightful leadership. What the CII has learned from the pandemic and how it will accelerate the pace of operational change to best serve members, students and corporate customers in the years ahead will also be discussed at the meeting.
To learn more about how our performance was impacted by the pandemic in 2020 and find out details about our plans to build back better, please visit the 2020 annual report website: https://www.cii.co.uk/annual-report/.
We would also like the opportunity to hear more from members outside of formal AGMs so will be introducing a series of live and interactive Q&A webinars. The first of these will take place in July, with others to follow. The sessions will be hosted in association with volunteer Local Institutes and regional committees, our Independent Chair, Helen Phillips, and our CEO, Sian Fisher.
Please look out for your invitation to these webinars in the next few weeks.
We very much hope you will be able to join us and look forward to welcoming you once again to our virtual AGM on 30 June.
