Negotiating is such a key part of claims. And yet, very often, claims staff receive little training on how to handle these conversations. This means that relationships can sour, claims can escalate and costs rise.

This interactive and practical session will address some of the typical challenges faced by claims staff.

• Prepare so that common mistakes can be easily avoided
• Respond appropriately when faced with pushback or stand off
• Get their point across with more authority
• Use techniques to get claimants to listen to them

Who is running the session?
