The purchase of insurance coverage is just one aspect of how a business seeks to manage and mitigate the risks to their business.

In this half day workshop Neil Park describes the risk management process and describes the various methods, processes and techniques organisations (from large to small) use to protect their business and ensure its future success. He also discusses how brokers and insurers can help their customers manage their risks successfully.

Neil is an experienced trainer and consultant currently working in the insurance industry in the United Kingdom and internationally delivering workshops in technical insurance, broking and negotiation skills. He also trains and support candidates taking their Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma examinations.
