Recalling important information and details when you need them can sometimes be a challenge. This session will help individuals understand how they can use their brain to improve their memory. It will also include practical techniques to make them more effective in their job role.

Suitable for:
 All staff who want to improve their memory skills and have an interest in trying out some new
techniques.

By the end of the session delegates will:

 Know why it helps to have a good memory at work
 Understanding how the brain works to help our memory?
 Know techniques for improving our memory

Katharine Jones Biography:
Katharine is a professionally qualified trainer and consultant with a global financial services background. She has been involved with learning and development since 1988, working for one of the large brokers. She now works as a freelance consultant with broader experience in legal, banking and the public sector.
Katharine works with organisations to help them identify talent, develop staff, and manage learning. Her more recent project work has been delivering management coaching for Lloyds Insurance syndicates and being an assessor on graduate recruitment campaigns.
Katharine is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the British Psychological Society as well as being a qualified teacher and assessor.
