    • Jeff Heasman

Discovery-driven planning is the process of converting assumptions into knowledge. It is an ongoing process and in a fast-changing working environment, this has never been more important.

Discovery-driven planning is a methodology that was designed for arenas that involve significant amounts of uncertainty, just like the current economic and political situation we find ourselves in. This session will introduce you to discovery-driven planning and how it can be applied in the context of insurance and financial services.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify key principles of discovery-driven planning.
  • Understand how discovery-driven planning differs from more traditional planning methods.
  • Implement a strategy to utilise the principles of discovery-driven planning in the insurance and financial services context.
