Webinar - How to get faster responses without chasing
Paraplanners, financial advisors and administrators are asking people to do things all day long. One of their big frustrations is having to chase clients for returned information, signed agreements and responses to questions. This practical session will share some phrases, frameworks and tools that have seen hard-to-get-hold-of clients reply the next day.

- Apply the two magic words that can transform the effectiveness of an ask
- Identify 4 things that prevent people taking action
- Recognise 3 beliefs which could be holding them back from communicating with impact
Melissa Kidd is the Director of Motem Ltd, which specialises in helping insurance professionals to communicate more effectively. She has worked with the CII since 2012 as well as range of clients including Allianz, Zurich, BIBA, NIG and Lycetts. Her background is in psychology, coaching and marketing. She is a master NLP practitioner and her coaching qualification has been accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
