Thursday, 27 January 2022
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)
    • Melissa Kidd, Director, Motem Ltd

This is a four part, interactive programme of 1 x hour sessions. It’s designed to help members of the CII develop their self-confidence, increase their motivation and build resilience so that they are in an even stronger position to deliver on the CII’s promise of trust, professionalism and standards. Drawing on cutting edge research, the programme is intended to be thought provoking and practical.

By the end of this first session, you will be able to:

  • Discern the difference between extrinsic and intrinsic motivation
  • Identify what’s important to you and the goals you are motivated by
  • Recognise why beating yourself up doesn’t work as a long-term motivation strategy
  • Critique some myths about how self esteem is built
