Webinar - Inner Critic part 2 – Getting to know your critic (s)

This is a four part, interactive programme of 1 x hour sessions. It’s designed to help members of the CII develop their self-confidence, increase their motivation and build resilience so that they are in an even stronger position to deliver on the CII’s promise of trust, professionalism and standards. Drawing on cutting edge research, the programme is intended to be thought provoking and practical.

By the end of this second session, you will be able to:

• Recognise what the critic is and why we have one
• Develop your awareness as to when and where it shows up
• Identify what it says and how it talks to you
• Reflect on the factors that can cause your critic to be so powerful

SPEAKER BIO

Melissa Kidd is the Director of Motem Ltd, which specialises in helping insurance professionals to communicate more effectively. She has worked with the CII since 2012 as well as range of clients including Allianz, Zurich, BIBA, NIG and Lycetts. Her background is in psychology, coaching and marketing. She is a master NLP practitioner and her coaching qualification has been accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
