An Introduction to Allyship
This webinar is intended to increase your awareness, build knowledge, and give you practical skills to support a more inclusive workplace and your becoming an ally in and out of the office. The session will explore the link between inclusion, equity, and allyship and describe the importance of allyship in the workplace. We will explore practical ways allies behave in the workplace, show you how to identify opportunities to be an ally as well as discuss some misconceptions about allyship. The session concludes with some final takeaways and a call to action to support the development of an inclusive culture in the insurance and financial services sectors.
