Event Overview

The CII offers a variety of pathways to achieve professional qualification at different levels to suit Members aims and aspirations. There are also a range of assessment methods and learning resource now available.

• How to avoid assessment pitfalls (including plagiarism and ensuring correct referencing

Speaker Profile

Dianne joined the CII in September 2009. Her responsibilities include

. Formulation of the rolling four year strategy for the insurance qualifications framework.
. Development of qualifications in consultation with industry subject matter experts (working with a population of great breadth).
. Delivery of qualifications within regulated framework and in liaison with the sector skills council.
. Project management of new qualifications from design to delivery.
. Development of training packages and procedures to support subject matter experts involved in assessment and moderation of new products.
. Heading up all design operational aspects including, syllabus development, learning material development, IT development required to deliver new products, liaison with marketing, customer service and corporate sales teams to ensure successful on time delivery.
. Face-to-face training in support of new products.
