Event Overview

Vince will discuss the various aspects the New Pensions Freedoms including a back view on the experience of the industry to date, the Regulatory and advice issues, any proposed and anticipated further changes, Pension legacy planning and creating a sustainable income stream.

Speaker Profile

Vince Smith-Hughes is Director of Business Development and Technical at Prudential.

He has worked in the financial services profession for over 30 years, and has previous experience as an IFA as well as holding senior pension roles at Clerical Medical and Winterthur Life.

Vince is an experienced platform presenter at industry events and a regular contributor to trade and national publications on all matters relating to retirement issues. He is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

Vince lives in East Anglia with his partner and son, aged 16.
