2019 Insurance Institute of Northampton Annual Dinner
The Insurance Institute of Northampton would like to invite you to our Annual Dinner.

Dress Code: Black Tie or Dark Lounge Suit
Food: Bacon/Sausage sandwiches will be provided after 11pm
The Event
We invite you to join us for an evening of entertainment and fund raising on behalf of the Insurance Charities and this year the President’s own chosen charity, Blind Veterans UK, a charity supporting army veterans with rehabilitation after losing their sight.
This years guest speaker is Kelly Smith, MBE. Kelly is an English former footballer who spent three spells with FA WSL club Arsenal Ladies. She accumulated 117 caps for the England Women's national football team since making her debut in 1995 and played for Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics.
Throughout the evening music will be provided by the Hotel’s in-house DJ.
Booking Your Tickets
The ticket price is £55. We would encourage early booking to avoid disappointment, as we anticipate strong demand for this event. A discounted price of £34 is available for Young Members.
Should you be looking to organise a party, tables are available to seat up to 10 people. We enclose a table plan for you to return with your ticket request form.

Sponsorship
Due to the costs involved in holding the dinner and so as to ensure ticket prices remain at a reasonable level, we actively seek sponsorship each year from businesses within the Institute and associated businesses that work alongside the insurance industry.
This year we are looking for sponsorship packages of £500 included with which will be two tickets for the dinner along with reference to sponsorship being included within the dinner menu programme, including a display of your business logo. We would welcome your support of this prestigious annual event and in this respect if you are able to assist as a sponsor please can you let one of our Dinner Secretaries know – details below.
In addition to the two free tickets that come with the sponsorship package you are also welcome to purchase additional tickets for other of your colleagues to attend. These will be priced at £55 per ticket with tables at the dinner accommodating 10 people
Accommodation
The hotel has reserved a block of 30 rooms at a special rate of £85 per room. Prices include bed and breakfast. Once the reserved allocation has been taken up any further rooms can be booked with the hotel subject to availability and best rate available. Should you require accommodation we suggest booking early to reserve the special offer rate.
