Session 2 - Phil Turner 'Mapping Your Future: Navigating the CII Professional Map & Future Me' Phil is part of the CII's Corporate Development Team and is a hugely experienced industry figure. Phil previously managed a team of BDM’s looking after over 3,000 Post Offices across Northern England /Southern Scotland, with insurance being a key product pillar along with Financial Services via Bank of Ireland. Phil also managed global projects with Travelex as Global Retail Channel Manager and is a former Vice President of Global Channel Sales with Lyca mobile. Phil will be taking us through the CII's Professional Map and Future Me tools, explaining various pathways and supports available to members to achieve their academic and career goals with the CII.

Linda is the first ever female to have both summited Everest and rowed an ocean solo. Only one other man has done both. Linda's next challenge in 2025 is Marathon des Sables, a seven-day, 257 km (160 mi) ultramarathon. Session 2 - Robert Latimer and Alaistair Donohew (Crawford & Co) 'Environmental Liability' Hear from leading industry experts Robert Latimer and Alaistair Donohew from Crawford & Co on the risks and liability posed by PFAS and how these risks impact insurance cover and insurance claims.

Session 1 - 'The Economic Outlook for Northern Ireland' Alan Bridle has been UK Economist for Bank of Ireland UK for nearly 15 years and has over 30 years experience in the banking industry. A renowned economist, Alan will give attendees an insight into the current economic outlook for Northern Ireland and the likely trends we will see in the economy going forward into 2025 and beyond. Session 2 - 'Managing Personal Finance' Debbie Connolly PFPS is a Director at AAB Wealth Limited and current Chairperson of the Personal Finance Society in Northern Ireland. Debbie's mission is to make complicated advice as simple as possible for her clients and, during her session, she will talk in practical terms about how attendees can manage their personal finances.

Session 1 - 'The Regulatory Landscape - Identifying and dealing with Vulnerable Customers' Adrian's session will give attendees a clear and practical sense of what the FCA expects firms to understand and deliver in responding to the needs of vulnerable customers, helping to deliver good outcomes to those customers. Session 2 - 'Just a Minute (JAM) of Patience' Maeve Monaghan is the CEO of NOW Group, an award winning social enterprise that supports people with barriers to employment and learning into the workforce.
