Phil previously managed a team of BDM’s looking after over 3,000 Post Offices across Northern England /Southern Scotland, with insurance being a key product pillar along with Financial Services via Bank of Ireland. Phil also managed global projects with Travelex as Global Retail Channel Manager and is a former Vice President of Global Channel Sales with Lyca mobile.
Phil will be taking us through the CII's Professional Map and Future Me tools, explaining various pathways and supports available to members to achieve their academic and career goals with the CII.
