John is a Best-Selling Author and a Serial Entrepreneur who has built a number of seven figure businesses. His best known book is the international best seller ‘Dream On' which is currently being turned into a feature film at Elstree studios in London.

The book tells the story of John's attempt to go from a golf hacker to shoot a par round of golf within one year, a challenge deemed impossible by the golfing great and good. When John succeeded in his challenge he set about trying to find the secrets of individual performance and test these theories in other areas.

Conor Sweetman ACII is a Development Underwriter for Hiscox and has worked there since 2011. Prior to that he spent 5 years working in Aviva as a Commercial Underwriter.

A Council Member of The Insurance Institute of Dublin, Conor will speak about how insurance exposures faced by professional firms have evolved over time. The talk will focus primarily on Professional Indemnity insurance for technology companies, how specialist underwriters approach risks in this sector and recent claims trends.
