The Insurance Institute of Northern Ireland is delighted to announce the second event of their 2019/20 Premium Masterclass series (our programme of Continuous Professional Development events for members of the CII and PFS) will focus on the topic of Mediation and Arbitration.

Martin Blake: Mediation and Arbitration: Does it really work and how best to use it

Martin is an attorney and former barrister with over 40 years litigation experience who has been involved in approximately 100 mediations. He has completed basic, advanced and professional mediation training and was selected to work with the leading private mediation and arbitration service in the U.S.A.

Martin is a Director of Juris Resolutions, a Northern Ireland company that provides a panel of skilled, experienced and independent mediators and arbitrators, who manage and resolve all types of disputes in a confidential and professional manner.

Martin also provides consulting and support services for European lawyers with USA personal injury cases. Additionally, he is a Director of Transworld Claims Solutions Inc., a Canadian corporation specializing in claims recovery services for European insurers in North America.

Every masterclass will have full CII CPD Accreditation and will attract 2.5 Structured CPD Hours.

Attending all six events will make up 15 of the required 21 Structured CPD Hours.
