Speaker Bio

Tom Oxley runs www.bamboomentalhealth.co.uk. He reviews employers and trains people. He is a TEDx speaker, lives in Norwich and has worked with Ecclesiastical, ICBC Standard Charter Bank, the Financial Ombudsman, Cadbury, Larking Gowen, Birketts Solicitors and East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Tom's talk will be interactive with a quiz, case study and exercises, but does not require delegates to disclose personal information.

3. Knowing the signs, symptoms
4. Being able to hold a safe conversation
5. How to support people - what works and what to avoid
