The power of Capability to help grow your business:

As part of our accredited learning and development suite available to clients, we invite you to a taster session that will show you psychological techniques to increase performance, build better relationships and leave positive and lasting impressions.

This session will help you and your teams improve knowledge, skills and mindset - with benefits to your business and staff.

Learning Objectives

On completion of this 45/60 minute presentation delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the different brain regions and their purpose
  • Understand the chemicals that impact emotions on actions and performance
  • Improve memory through the use of information patterns and language

Please note a copy of the slides will not be available to send out to attendees after this presentation.

A light buffet lunch and refreshments will be available from 12.15 with the seminar starting at 1p.m. for an hour.

Speaker

Emma Thomas is a strong advocate of Providing an outstanding Training service to customers. Emma joined Premium Credit in August 2017, After spending over 10 years in regulated business’s she has obtained extensive knowledge and expertise within a number of industries. Previously served within the Banking sector for 4 years and then moved to work within the insurance industry where she had the opportunity to deal with a variety of insurance products across the market providing a variety of educational training to employees.

The Nottingham Insurance Institute charges for non-attendance at all CPD events. If you do find that you are unable to attend, we ask that you give us at least 4 working days’ notice that you are no longer able to attend.

Please note, if you fail to let us know before this deadline, we will need to charge a £30.00 (inc. VAT) non-attendance fee to cover the cost of catering, booking arrangements and denial of your place to other members.

All cancellations must be received by email and you will receive confirmation of your cancellation. You may also nominate a replacement if you are unable to attend. By proceeding with the registration, you agree to these terms and conditions.
