This session will go through a case study of a client looking for advice about divorce and the impact on the family finances

Kelvin Henderson

Kelvin qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and joined Nelson's Family Law Team in 2013.

Kelvin’s area of expertise is advising on cohabitation disputes from the unique perspective of his knowledge in both the family and civil procedure rules. He regularly advises on divorce cases and financial settlements where substantial assets are involved, including those involving family businesses.
