Session Overview

Our perception is our reality! What if it is wrong? Why do we make instant decisions about people, things or situations and do we have the ability to change these?

In this session we will look at why we make the perceptions we do and look at how we view the world and how we can use this to our advantage.

By the end of the session, delegates will be able to:
• Understand how our perceptions effect our ability to connect with people
• Demonstrate how to impact people’s perceptions of them
• Identify what components make up a person’s first impression of someone and subsequently work
towards ensuring they create the right one
• Apply the learning to real life client scenarios to help enhance the understanding

Presenter: Shane Dixon - Premium Credit

Shane is one of the Learning and Development Consultants at Premium Credit with over 15 years experience in sales and learning roles, Shane specialises in using psychology to understanding client needs and shows partners how they can use neuroscience to engage better with their clients.

Shane joined Premium Credit in 2017 and has helped design and deliver courses for over 10,000 delegates since.
