Claims Club: Environmental Liability Insurance

The Insurance Institute of Perth and Dundee Claims Club is delighted to be hosting a technical insurance event on Environmental Liability Insurance

This is a one hour event providing one hour of CPD.

This talk will cover different types of pollution incident with claim case studies. Our speaker will discuss first and third party environmental damage and explain which cover is triggered on an insurance policy. Third party damage, depending on the circumstances of the incident may be picked up on a PL or EIL policy and the talk will discuss the differences in these policies.

Our speaker is Richard Lawrence Adv Dip CILA, Dip CII, Technical and Complex Loss Director, Environmental Division of QuestGates Chartered Loss Adjusters and Claims Specialists.

This is a very technical and complex area of insurance and will benefit Brokers, Insurers and Loss Adjusters.
