Consumer Duty: A paradigm shift
The Insurance Institute of Perth and Dundee is delighted to announce that their next online CPD event will focus on the FCA’s proposal for a new Consumer Duty. With FCA describing this as a “paradigm shift” it is going to shape the regulatory landscape for the next few years.
This event will benefit our PFS and general insurance members who are involved with selling or servicing of retail consumers, product design and pricing.
