The insurance industry and financial services sector have never been so competitive. Poor communication skills make things even more difficult than they need to be. This session will look at five communication habits that make insurance and financial services professionals highly effective in their day-to-day work, with the result that they retain business and win new business.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Identify how communication contributes to being a highly effective insurance or financial services professional.
- Recognise the five main habits professionals have for communicating effectively.
- Implement a strategy to communicate more effectively.
