AGM – POSTPONED

I hope you and your families are all well.

We are seeing unprecedented changes to the way we live our lives and the way we work. If we are the fortunate ones this will be the worst of it for us, a fairly large inconvenience. Knowing about some of the preparations that are going on is more than a little worrying, scary even. I trust that with all the measures now in place we can all stay well and if you, or those you know, are not well that they return to full health as quickly as possible.

Further to your feedback from my most recent email, the decision has now been taken to postpone our AGM which was due to take place this Thursday (albeit digitally). We still plan to hold the AGM in advance of the 31st May deadline using video conferencing, but postponing it now should allow everyone to settle into new routines. The extra time also allows for all officers to submit reports to the Secretary. Please keep your eyes peeled for the next announcement once we have set a new AGM date.

I’m looking forward to seeing you all on the video, or at least hearing your voice and then seeing you all in person when we come out the other side.

With best wishes.

Steve
