Objectives

This session builds awareness of the key health and wellbeing challenges to home working and provides the tools and skills to
overcome them and to build optimum health

  • Understand the key challenges to wellbeing and health in a remote working environment and to consider the impact of moving to a hybrid model
  • Build an understanding of the real nature of stress, the effect of the balance of stressors on the autonomic nervous system, how in modern life we are often out of
    balance and how this impacts our health and wellbeing.
  • Understand the most important factors that impact your health, and how to integrate them in a home working and hybrid environment
  • Understand how to access and build energy at multiple ‘levels’ to combat burnout and optimise performance

  • The key wellbeing challenges to remote working – pre-pandemic research and the post-March 2020 experience. Focus on ‘burnout’ and social isolation.
  • The six key causes of burnout
  • Understanding the true nature of ‘stress’ and the ‘balance of stressors’, and the impact on our Autonomic Nervous System
  • Building and managing our energy to prevent burnout and build performance - the ‘Four Doctors’ and the High-performance Pyramid
  • Uncertainty and the future of work? A hybrid solution? Employee-Employer disconnect. The impact on you.
  • Practical tools and solutions with multiple applications
