Annual Quiz 16th October 2019

£30 per team plus a raffle prize (plus £5 per person for food-see below)

The new venue has offered us fresh food cooked at its Street Food Kitchen with each person having a £10 food voucher. £5 of the food cost per person will come from the team entry fee and an additional £5 per person is payable to make up the £10 voucher.

Max 5 people per team & max 2 teams per company.

Individuals can enter for £7 per person & we will make up teams on the night.

All teams are expected to bring along a raffle prize to help raise funds for our nominated charity

Book your team by downloading your entry form and sending it to us before the closing date of 9th October. We will raise an invoice for your team entry fee plus additional food cost

If you wish to book a team after this date, please contact admin@ciireading.co.uk to find out if we have space for more teams.

Please download, complete and return the entry form below to us at admin@ciireading.co.uk as soon as possible but no later than 9th October.

We will raise an invoice and send to you via email with our bank details for online payments. Payment may also be made by cheque or in cash on the night. Cheques payable to The Insurance Institute of Reading
