Ghost Broking-the not so phantom menace

Ghost broking is a growing problem in the insurance industry. Ghost brokers prey on customers and insurance companies. It is not just the young and vulnerable who are victims of ghost broking. High net worth clients are also targeted.

By looking at real-life cases we will examine what ghost broking is, typical tactics used, detection methods and strategies to counter this menace.
