What to Expect from the FCA and Conduct Risk

Our latest CPD event is focusing on what to expect from the FCA and conduct risk, and will be Presented by Branko Bjelobaba - FCII, MIoD, Chartered Insurance Practioner, Managing Director Branko Ltd.

The seminar will highlight the key changes made by the FCA and several key initiatives including: thematic reviews, Section 166s, Approved Persons' attestations and the Swinton director fines/bannings plus the huge focus on Conduct Risk.

As a result of attending this seminar you will:

  • understand what is expected by the FCA; and
  • be aware of the changes you should have made / will want to make.

There will be a buffet lunch provided prior to the talk, and an opportunity to network.
