Mock Trial - CPD Workshop
The mock trial will take place in conjunction with Albion Chambers of Bristol. All attendees will be provided with a package of materials outlining a personal injury claim which is disputed and is therefore listed for a trial.
There will be an opportunity to read through the papers, watch the trial in progress and participate in feedback and questions. If you have ever wished you were able to attend trials more often to learn what goes on this is your opportunity. Insurance professionals from underwriters to loss adjusters and claims professionals should all attend.
Following this CPD session attendees will have a greater understanding of the legal processes and how insurance wordings, underwriting and claims handling impacts on the legal process.

The mock trial will be held at The Ageas Suite, The Ageas Bowl, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH on the 23 March 2016, 1.00 p.m – 5.00 p.m.
A free buffet lunch will be provided, please advise when booking if lunch is not required. If you need us to accommodate any specific requirements please advise when booking in order that we can make the necessary arrangements.
