Hygge Associates event - Mental Health Awareness

Online
Thursday, 08 May 2025
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)

With one in four people in England experiencing a mental health issue each year, mental health is a significant concern. How much do you know? Would you be able to spot early warning signs? Would you know how to have a conversation with someone, whether they are a friend or a colleague in the workplace?

Mental health is often invisible, and despite increases in conversations about it in the media, it still remains a difficult issue to discuss for those who experience it.

Come and join us for an informative session on:

  • What mental health is, common signs and symptoms, early warning signs and risk factors, and mental health statistics
  • How to have a conversation with someone and signpost them to appropriate support
  • How to create a mental health-friendly workplace and what employers and employees can do to promote this
