With nearly all employees having a workplace pension this can add to the confusion, with many of those retiring not understanding the new rules. Emily will give a snapshot of how employers can support staff without the risk of giving advice, with pointers to the right tools. • Mark Bailey will talk about “Cyber Insurance – Helping reduce the risks and maybe the costs!” M&M Information Technologies will give a brief insight into why Cyber Insurance is something everybody should have and the opportunity it presents for the Insurance Industry especially if standards like Cyber Essentials can be of benefit. Also an insight as to why Cyber Essentials is a great way to become less vulnerable to an extensive, and growing, range of malicious attacks and thereby minimize loss (in every sense!).

I have been with Pool Re for 8 years prior to which I was Head of UK Property & Casualty at Allianz, who I worked for for 11 years. Prior to that I had 9 years at Independent, latterly as UK Property Underwriting manager. I started my career at Eagle Star in 1983.
