Overview

Nick Turner is the Sales and Agency Director of NFU Mutual, and has recently been appointed as President of the Chartered Insurance Institute. In this session, Nick will talk through his own career history, and the lessons he has learned about career development in over 30 years of mentoring, managing, and working for people at all stages of their insurance careers.

Speaker Biography

Nick Turner has been NFU Mutual’s Sales and Agency Director since 2013, and is primarily responsible for the Group’s Agency Network, Distribution, and Sales. Before joining NFU Mutual, Nick spent 27 years at AXA, in a wide variety of Sales and Business Development, Marketing and Strategy roles across both Life, General Insurance and global partnerships for the AXA Group.
