The Insurance Act 2015

Clair Hall
Tuesday, 26 January 2016
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm (UK time)

The Insurance Act 2015 has been described many as one of the most significant changes to the principles of insurance in over 100 years and is far-reaching legislation that impacts on all areas of the industry - particularly the commercial sector.

We are therefore delighted to invite Bruce Hepburn, CEO of Mactavish, experts on Insurance Governance, to talk to us on this very important subject that is bound to be of interest to all.

By the end of this free, one hour CPD seminar, delegates attending will be able to:

  • understand the reasons why the Law Commission proposed changes to insurance law
  • appreciate the key principles of the changes to insurance law, which will come into force in August 2016
  • discuss and debate the implications for the insurance industry
