An Introduction to Negotiation Skills for Insurance Professionals
Good negotiation skills are crucial in many different roles within the insurance industry, so this event is sure to be of interest to all members, whatever their role or experience. We are therefore delighted to welcome back our regular contributor Jeff Heasman to lead an interactive, fun session for members and their guests on this important, but often overlooked, subject.
Using an insurance related scenario, Jeff's Introduction to Negotiation Skills for Insurance Professionals will be exploring the different styles, strategies and qualities found in good negotiators. He will also look at the skills needed to plan the negotiation process and the tactics and language which will help to influence a positive outcome.
If you would like to join us for this free, 1.5 hour CPD seminar, please click on the BOOK NOW button below.
Light refreshments (tea/coffee/juice and biscuits) will be available from 9.00am onwards and the seminar will start promptly at 9.30am.
