what needs to be done by 9 December 2019

The Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) is being extended to all solo regulated firms (i.e. those that are only regulated by the FCA) from 9 December 2019.

Be under no illusion, Approved Persons will have an onerous obligation to discharge. They will need to be fully aware of what they should be doing and must be able to evidence the same. Boards or leadership teams will have to function correctly, with compliance being viewed as a serious and critical function.

With SM&CR bringing conduct rules to all staff, will you know what needs to be done?

To find out how prepared you are for SM&CR, join us on Thursday 24 October at Clair Hall, Haywards Heath, as Branko Bjelobaba will guide you through the proposals, changes and other requirements that this new regime is introducing.

Online Booking
This one-hour seminar is free to all CII/PFS members (non-members may attend for £25 per person).
