forensic investigation and prospects for recovery

The ABI reports on its website that 2012 saw over 8,000 properties affected by flooding, causing £400 million worth of damage!

During this free one hour CPD seminar, Richard Keightley and Andrew Reeves from Hawkins, will give an overview of the causes of flooding and water ingress into buildings, and the prospects of recovery.

Using case studies, Richard and Andrew will discuss common considerations in forensic investigations into flooding from a range of sources, including rivers and sewage systems. They will also explore water ingress into buildings caused by failures in basement waterproofing and drainage systems and other property flood resistance measures.
