Best practice in managing teams remotely

Are you ready to start managing remote teams?

What best practice can long term remote managers share with you?

As the number of Coronavirus cases continues to increase and the advice from the Government has been updated to work from home where possible, more and more companies have moved to working from home for the foreseeable future. For many managers this may be the first experience they have of managing entire teams remotely, with little time for them to consider how they may need to adjust their management styles to the situation.

To help address some of these concerns, the Insurance Institute of Sussex is inviting members to join us on Tuesday 7 April 2020 at 8.30am when Sarah Stoddart-Burrows of Oxygen Change Consulting will be hosting a webinar to look at how managers can communicate, motivate, connect and continue to collaborate with their team whilst working remotely. This webinar focuses on pragmatic steps that can be put into practice immediately.
