Annual General Meeting

Your council invites you to attend its Annual General Meeting on Monday 26 April 2021.

This is your opportunity to hear first-hand reports from council members on previous and future activities and vote on the appointment of new council members.

If you feel you could make a positive contribution, it is an ideal first step to becoming involved.

Revising our Constitution

During this meeting, we are proposing to introduce a revised constitution. It has been a number of years since we last reviewed this document and the changes proposed aim to bring the constitution up to date in line with current working practices and methodologies, etc.

The new document is based closely on the CII's model constitution for Local Institutes and has been reviewed by both the CII and our Council. A copy of the proposed new constitution can be found here.
