Mornings with Mentors – starter session

The Insurance Institute of Sussex is delighted to offer its members and guests the opportunity to join us at our first informal networking and mentoring session.

This NextGen event will take place both in person and virtually, and will allow you the chance to hear how our President, Darren Pollard, started out in insurance and how this ultimately led to him founding and running his own business.

There will also be plenty of time to ask questions, network and swap and share your own experiences with others during this morning session.

This free event is open to both members and non-members and will formally start at 8:00 am.

Tea, coffee, juice and pastries will be available from 7:30 am onwards.

If attending remotely, a link to Microsoft Teams will be sent out shortly before the session takes place.

If attending in person, please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special dietary or other requirements.

Please also note that this event is scheduled to take place in a downstairs meeting room which can only be accessed by stairs. If this is likely to cause you any difficulty, please let us know when booking, so that we can move the event to a ground floor location in the same building if numbers allow.

Getting there
If travelling by car, the side roads opposite the office allow free parking until 11:00 am. There are also free 4 hour and 2 hour bays directly outside.

The office is approximately a 20 minute walk from Portslade Train Station, and a nearby bus stop is served by regular bus services to and from Worthing and Brighton.
