Pasta Madeira - (pasta cooked in tomato, mushrooms, onions, peppers, garlic, wine and cream)

Pork espetada - (madeira special kebab on skewer)

Sirloin steak - (grilled)

Salmon Madeira - (cooked in light fish stock, garlic, wine and herbs)
