There is much to be said for working in the mortagage and housing market; putting a roof over someone's head and helping them buy or refinance their home to fulfil their ambitions and dreams is worthwhile work. There are challenges and pitfallls where the nature of the market may create the temptation for fraudulent applications. Be vigilant, be aware and be better informed.
