Event Overview
"Financial Loss" is the phrase commonly used by insurers to refer to what the law calls "pure economic loss".
Martyn will explore what is meant by the term financial loss in the insurance world and the extent to which financial loss is recoverable within the context of an insurance claim.
Speaker profile
Martyn has over 35 years experience in liability claims handling/investigation with emphasis on Public Liability/Products Liability and the more serious Employees Liability injury and disease claims. Martyn also has experience in Professional Indemnity claims involving mainly the construction professionals and Brokers.
