New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

I am delighted and honoured to have been nominated and elected as President of the Insurance Institute of Northern Ireland.
The Insurance Institute of Northern Ireland has an excellent reputation within the CII, one of the best in UK, and this is down to the professionalism and dedication of our 22 council members who voluntarily give their time to serve the members of our Institute.
