A summer celebration for Nottingham's success
Nottingham Insurance Institute held its inaugural Summer Party in June as a celebration and recognition of the success of its members in the CII exams.
With a pledge from the institute to 'have a fun night with no long speeches', the cream of Nottingham came along to socialise and network with colleagues and friends, and to enjoy the presentations to the most successful candidates in the both general and PFS exams.
The event was held at the Alea Casino in Nottingham with live music on the night from Gareth Peel of The Marshall Band.
Nottingham Insurance Institute President Cath Ball said:
"We wanted to hold a presentation evening with a bit of a difference - by keeping the format a bit more relaxed, but at the same time ensuring we recognised our members' achievements. The live music and party atmoisphere certainly provided the right ambience for networking and we were pleased to welcome and show our appreciation to so many Nottingham achievers."
