With an emphasis on plain language, this short course is a follow up to the highly successful seminar ‘Writing to express and not to impress – plain English for insurance professionals.” It will be fun and interactive with audience participation.

Who is the course appropriate for?

The course is appropriate for the full range of insurance professionals including, but not limited to, underwriters, claims handlers, brokers, loss/liability adjusters and support staff.

Trainer

Jeff Heasman is the Director for Legal, Insurance and Maritime Programmes at The Pyramid Group. He is a former senior liability adjuster with Crawford & Company and has also acted for claimants in litigation at some of the UK’s leading law firms. With over ten years of industry experience in law and insurance, he has dealt with litigation up to the Court of Appeal in London and handled claims arising from various worldwide jurisdictions.
