Leadership Programme 2019
The Insurance Institute of Sussex is delighted to announce the launch of its first Leadership Programme which will take place throughout 2019.
This new initiative gives potential future leaders in the industry a unique opportunity to benefit from a specially developed series of workshops and other events that will be taking place during the year. Starting with a full-day workshop on 14 January, highlights of the programme will include:

over 20 hours of CPD spread across six events

a chance to widen skill sets and better understand personal strengths

personality profiling
-
emotional intelligence
-
VIP status at a mock trial
-
an opportunity to feed into our institute's council

and much more
Applications for entry onto this programme are now open and all members of the Insurance Institute of Sussex who have at least five years' current experience in either insurance or financial services are encouraged to apply before 31 October 2018.
Places are strictly limited and priority will be given to those best able to demonstrate their suitability for the course. We are planning to notify successful applicants of their places during November.

Please note, this is a significant initiative for our institute and we are therefore looking to ensure that all those taking part are supported by their employer and will commit to the whole programme. Successful applicants will be invoiced £60 for entry onto the programme – all other course fees will be met by the Insurance Institute of Sussex.
