CII R08 1 day exam revision course pilot scheme for Yorkshire Personal Finance Society Members
The CII Pensions Update Programme (R08), offers a complete continuing professional development solution that keeps Financial Planners, Paraplanners and those in related roles up to speed with the new pension freedoms.
To date over 4000 CII members have registered for the programme and the Yorkshire Region is pleased to have its fair share of these. Many are interested in preparing well for their forthcoming exam and so our region is piloting a unique exam support initiative run in conjunction with your local CII Institute and delivered by DSW the Doncaster based official CII training partner.
The RO8 initiative
The initiative offers Yorkshire members the opportunity to attend a CII 1 day exam revision course between December and March at a significantly discounted cost of just £120 per person including VAT.Your local Institute will help co-ordinate bookings via the contact details below.
The course covers all the key elements of the syllabus contained in your study text together with suggestions for effective revision and exam technique.

- All key elements of the RO8 syllabus are covered
- Tutoring by experienced, DSW and CII accredited, subject matter experts
- Yorkshire based training venues
- 6 hours’ CPD credit
- All course materials and refreshments are included in the price
- A maximum of 12 delegates per course
- A substantial discount on the normal 1 Day Exam Revision cost at £120 compared to £255
* Courses will run with 8 delegates or more and Institutes will combine if need be.
How to Book
Please e-mail your local Institute with the following details:
- Name, business and contact details
- Your membership number
- Your preferred month of attending a course – December / January / February / March
Your institute will then co-ordinate the responses and liaise with DSW before confirming the optional dates available.
