Lunchtime Lecture: Professional indemnity

This talk will be of particular interest to Professional Indemnity Claims / Insurance professionals with an interest in learning about the PII market and claims.

James, a Senior Associate and Miranda an Associate both of Mills & Reeve LLP will provide an introduction to Professional Indemnity Insurance claims covering, what is PII cover? and who needs PII cover? Along with an overview of PII claims and some war stories from specialist PII lawyers.

By attending this lecture, delegates will obtain an overview of:

• what PII cover is;
• the different sorts of professionals who can utilise it;
• the different sorts of claims that arise and how those claims are often resolved.
